Auron Flota is an app for delivery fleets: it helps owners and supervisors organize drivers, routes and daily results, and lets each driver track their private mileage. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the control each person has over it.
1. Data we process
Account data. Email address, name, and a permanent public identifier (format AF-…) assigned by our system when the account is created. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase); we never see them in plain text.
Location and private mileage. With your permission, the app records your location while you drive on a day with an assigned route, including in the background, to calculate your mileage. This mileage is private: only you can see it. Your organization cannot access your private mileage. The home address you set for automatic return detection never leaves your phone.
Work data inside your organization. If you belong to an organization, the app shows your owner and supervisor your team's operational work data (assigned route, packages, validated results), because coordinating that work is the app's purpose. It never includes your private mileage.
Photos. A profile photo you choose is stored only on your phone. Route-closing screenshots you pick are stored only on your phone.
Community and messages. If you use the Community, your posts and messages are processed to show them to your group members; messages may be automatically translated once that feature is available, so each member can read them in their own language, with the original text always visible.
Jobs. If you apply to a vacancy, the publishing organization receives your public identifier and your application data.
2. How we use data
- To provide the service: accounts, team and route organization, results and mileage.
- For security: role-based access control and access revocation when a person leaves an organization.
- Service improvement and support when you contact us.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. This version of the app has no in-app payments.
3. Sharing
- With your organization, only the operational data described above.
- With technical providers that run the service (authentication and database: Supabase; automatic Community message translation when active), under their own policies and only with the data required.
- When required by law.
4. Retention and deletion
- An organization's operational records are kept as operations history under the service's rules.
- Your private mileage is yours: if you delete your account, your access and associated personal data are removed under those rules; private mileage never becomes visible to the organization.
- Delete your account: email the contact address from the email you signed up with (details, in Spanish, at Borrar tu cuenta).
5. Your rights
You can access and correct your data, request its deletion via the contact email, and withdraw permissions (such as location) from your phone's settings or within the app. If you withdraw location permission, mileage recording stops.
6. Children
Auron Flota is a work tool intended for adults of working age. It is not directed at children under 13.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
